Ingredients:

  • 4 duck breasts, skinned
  • 4 tablespoon Pecan Pesto Seasoning & Rub
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions:

Rub duck breast with pecan pesto spice, parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Let sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

In hot skillet add 1 tbs. Olive oil. Sear duck on each side for about 2 minutes.

Finish duck in 350-degree oven for 5-6 minutes or desired Temperature.

Serve with favorite accompaniment.

Best when combined with olive oil, and rubbed into meat.
