Pecan Pesto Rubbed Duck Breast
Ingredients:
- 4 duck breasts, skinned
- 4 tablespoon Pecan Pesto Seasoning & Rub
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions:
Rub duck breast with pecan pesto spice, parmesan
cheese, and olive oil. Let sit for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In hot skillet add 1 tbs. Olive oil. Sear duck on each side for about 2 minutes.
Finish duck in 350-degree oven for 5-6 minutes or desired Temperature.
Serve with favorite accompaniment.
Best when combined with olive oil, and rubbed into meat.
