The LEM Warranty
Purchasing directly from LEM Products automatically registers your item. If you purchased from a retail store such as Amazon, Academy Sports, or Scheels, you will need to register your warranty online. Our warranty covers only the product and its specific parts, not food or other products used with it. Detailed information is provided with the purchase of a product, usually in the product manual, or can be obtained by emailing contactus@lemproducts.com, or by calling the Customer Service Department at 877-536-7763.
In order for your product's warranty to be valid, you must:
When an item is returned under warranty for exchange of the same product, the warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
For example, a customer purchases a MaxVac Vacuum Sealer in January 2017 with a two-year warranty, the warranty expires in February 2019. If LEM replaces the unit in February 2018, the customer will have the remaining one-year warranty on the replacement sealer. The warranty is not reset to a full two years since it is a replacement unit.
In order for your product's warranty to be valid, you must:
- Complete and return the warranty card with a copy of your purchase receipt to LEM Products - 4440 Muhlhauser Rd., Suite 300, West Chester, OH 45011. You also can scan and email your warranty card and a copy of your receipt to contactus@lemproducts.com.
- You may also register your warranty online here. You will still need to mail or email to us a copy of your purchase receipt.
- You must submit a copy of your purchase receipt with your warranty registration. If you do not, keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. This information is REQUIRED to exercise your product warranty.
Warranty Length and Exchange Policy
Generally, all items have a one-year warranty but some products may have longer warranties. The length and terms of a warranty will vary by product.When an item is returned under warranty for exchange of the same product, the warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
