Last Order Dates for Pre-Christmas Delivery

Follow These Guidelines for Shipping Methods & Ordering Deadlines

All dates are subject to change. These dates do NOT guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 12 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays begin processing on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This will affect all shipping methods.

Rush Delivery

*UPS 2nd Business Day Air and UPS Next Business Day Air does NOT include Saturday or Sunday delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air will get your order to you in 2 business days. UPS Next Day Air will get your order to you in 1 business day. Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday or on the weekend will not ship until the following business day. We do NOT ship OR deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Canadian Customers

The dates listed above do not include shipping to Canada. Shipping charges do NOT include Customs Fees, Duties, or other charges incurred through your country's Customs Department. These charges may be due upon delivery.

Additional Shipping

Because grinders, mixers, and other large items are bulky and heavy, these items have additional shipping charges. These charges are listed after the description of the product and are in addition to the Standard Shipping Costs.

Backorders

If your order contains an item/or items that are showing on backorder, the order will be held to ship when all items are in stock unless you choose the option to ship ahead. Ship ahead means all items that are in stock will be shipped immediately leaving any backorders to ship together when all items have arrived in stock.
