Use the slicer roller to get 12 perfectly sliced 3/8" thick strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat up to 1-1/4" thick and 4 3/4" wide, remove the cover and replace the slicer roller with the tenderizer roller. Our tenderizer's chute dimensions are 5 1/4" x 1 1/4". Comes mounted to a sanitary polypropylene board and 2 clamps are included to ensure stability when cranking.
