This slicer can slice as thin as 0” or as thick as 0.75” and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 68 RPM and the suggested run time is 5 minutes. And when it comes time to clean up, the slicer comes with a removable food tray, making it simple to wipe down and store away until your next use. A cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the slicer blade.
