Description

Transform your jerky making experience with our innovative 2-In-1 Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer. This essential tool has two separate functions that can solve several needs. Use the slicer roller to get 12 perfectly sliced 3/8" thick strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat up to 1-1/4" thick and 4 3/4" wide, remove the cover and replace the slicer roller with the tenderizer roller. Our tenderizer's chute dimensions are 5 1/4" x 1 1/4". Comes mounted to a sanitary polypropylene board and 2 clamps are included to ensure stability when cranking.

cuber jerky slicer
what a great of equipment, well built and will last a lifetime, the meat cuber works great, the jerky slicer was giving me problems, the meat kept getting stuck ,but i bought it for the meat tenderizer and the jerky cutter was a bonus. very happy with it

I own the older hand-crank tenderizer/cuber that looks exactly like this one. Can I purchase blades for the jerky slicer that will fit in mine ?

Can this be used to make minute steaks?

I'm not familiar with "minute steaks", the function of this equipment is to tenderizer any meat product or cut in strips for making jerky. How do you keep the meat slices from sticking to the cutter head?

Make sure that the meat is chilled colder than 40 degrees so that the fat will not break down and the combs are being used. You can also use the meat processing equipment lubricant spray SKU 1757. Here is the link to the spray https://www.lemproducts.com/product/1757-lubricant-spray/
