Great grinder
I bought this in 2009 and have been using it ever since with no issues. Love it! Easy to use. Easy to clean. Have processed 8 pounds of venison with 2 pounds pork fat with very little heat gain. I would have had to stop and rest my Kitchenaid with attachment at least once. I have used the sausage stuffer a few times, it works fine once you get the rhythm down (had a lot of laughs at first try with really short and really long sausages). Tip: Put Auger, blades, plates and body in freezer for 1/2 hour or so before using. Also, use cold meat and fat. The base is very stable, but I put a solid riser under it to fit the large ice lined bowl that I grind into.

Great tool, worth the money.
Definitely all you need for a couple deer a year. It worked smooth. It was the fastest part of processing my deer! It says it grinds 3lbs of meet a minute which I would say is true. Only had to use it for 10-15 minutes of use time for all of my meat for a good sized buck.

My grinder worked great I ground 15# of deer in about 35 minutes it was easy to clean up too. Will definitely recommend
