Our finest grind for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs, jerky, and other finely processed meats. Features a 2-3/8" diameter plate with 3mm holes.

#8 Grinder Knife with 6mm (1/4") Plate
A versatile grind for summer sausage, salami, pepperoni, snack sticks, and other sausage-making applications. Features a 2-3/8" diameter plate with 6mm holes.
