To prepare, simply grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water, and mix thoroughly with meat until tacky. You can then stuff the mixture into casings or leave it in bulk to make patties. Grill, fry, or boil to your liking, and then refrigerate your finished product.
Kit contains comes with four pre-measured packets of seasoning (each will make 5 pounds of sausage), 21mm fresh collagen casings, and easy-to-follow instructions.
