Our Raspberry Jalapeno Snack Stick Seasoning is a unique blend of a sweet fruit flavor from real raspberries followed with a jalapeño afterburn. It’s a flavor combo that hits sweet and heat in every bite.
To prepare, simply grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat and then dissolve the seasoning in water, mixing thoroughly with the meat. To make sticks with the Jerky Cannon, start by using it to shoot the mixture onto a cookie sheet. Preheat your oven to 200° F, then place the sticks in the oven to bake until the internal temperature reaches 165° F. Alternatively, you can stuff the mixture into natural sheep casings or 17-21mm collagen casings. Smoke the stuffed casings in a smoker or bake them in the oven at 180° F until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.
