Description

Transform your BigBite® Grinder into a jerky slicing and tenderizing machine with our innovative Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer Attachment. Exclusively designed to fit BigBite grinders, this attachment for meat grinders has two separate functions that can solve several needs. Use the one slicer roller to get 14 perfectly sliced strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. Your strips of meat will each be 1/4" thick so that you can have consistent cuts of meat for jerky, cheesesteaks, fajitas, or whatever your use case is. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat up to 1-1/4" thick, remove the easy-off top and replace the slicer roller with the other tenderizer roller. This attachment is perfect for chefs, homemakers, and culinary enthusiasts who desire to make their own foods. Our jerky attachment's chute dimensions are 1-1/4" x 4-1/2" x 6" and includes one slicer roller and two tenderizer rollers. The body is made of durable powder painted aluminum and doesn't require tools to attach or use.

Chris Stafford was born and raised in Larkspur, California, and developed a deep love of barbecue in his early 20s after spending a few years living in Arkansas. After returning to California to finish up school and pursue a career in Technology, he began selling Central Texas inspired barbecue on a platform called Shef, before ultimately forming Lone Mountain Barbecue in Marin County, California.

Super slice
Have only used the slicer as of now, but has been wonderful for slicing my jerky, nice uniform cuts that dry equal. Definitely will be nice when running hundreds of lbs of jerky

Jerky meat tenderizer
Very durable easy to disassemble and clean. I definitely recommend this if you’re looking to cut jerky and tenderize your meat.

I love it. It does a awesome job. The only thing I think it’s over price, should be about half what it cost
but it does a really good job. I have the hand crank one from y’all, but I had to do a little shoulder surgery and was not able to use it so I purchased the one that goes on the grinder

I'm trying to use this product and the meat keeps wrapping around the rollers. What am i doing wrong?

Please make sure that the combs are inserted on either side of the meat shoot after the top and bottom encasement are on. The combs should curl out if you look up into the bottom of the unit. If you still experience problems, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-336-5895.

Will the slicer work to make bacon out of smoked pork belly?

I think the bacon you could get out of this slicer would be too thick. You would be better off on buying their slicer for bacon. It does make the best tederized round steak for chicken frying!

We do not have the specifications for our competitors equipment, so we do not know if they will be compatible.

How do you clean the jerky blades?

We recommend to use hot, soapy water and scrub between the blades with a brush. Every once in a while, depending upon how often it is used, we do recommend taking the blade unit apart for cleaning, but this is not necessary each time you use it.

This attachment will work on any of our Big Bite grinders.
