As the meat moves through the grinder head, the clear top lets you watch the patty well fill so you don’t guess, waste, or slow down. When it’s full, slide the tray over, drop a clean, consistent patty, and keep the line moving while the next one forms. If you process your own meat, this is how you take control of every ounce.
The set lets you make standard 4" patties or 2½" sliders in either ¾" or ½" thickness—built for whatever you’re stocking the freezer with. Designed for hunters and do it yourself processors who respect the harvest, this setup makes batch work fast, clean, and consistent.
