Quickly and easily make uniform, perfectly formed patties with your BigBite® Grinder (or most other standard #8, #10/12, #22, and #32 electric grinders). As meat passes through the grinder head you can watch the patty well fill; when it's full, slide the tray over and the patty falls out while a second patty starts to form in the adjacent patty well.

Make sure you order the extra connector for stuffer...
It would have been nice to know I needed to order an extra part in order for it to connect to the Big Bite stuffer.... I had 50#'s of meat to make burgers and unpacked the patty maker, then found out it didn't connect....I had to use my grinder and that was NOT fun!!

Burgers and Sausages
Love my Patty Maker. This will save me so much time over having to manually make my bulk burger patties. Now I need to but the foot switch attachment for my grinder and I'll be super happy.

I love the number 22 meat grinder but can’t find good instructions as far as what should be inside the grinder when making patties. For instance should the knife be on or what should you leave off grinder when making patties. We had a hard time with it. Would you please send me step by step instructions. I know when you get me straightened out I’ll love it. I love your products . The big vacume seal is crazy it’s awsome.

There is a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get it down, it makes well formed patties that hold together well on the pit.

I would highly recommend this product. I made 120 sausage patties using an 18lb boston butt. Start to cleanup, under 30 minutes. I would like to see offered individual freezer paper sheets for both patty sizes. If offered, I must be overlooking it.

The tube sizes are #8, #12, #22, #32. They are designed to fit the #8, #12 # 22 and #32 Big Bite Grinders. The #8 tube base size is 2 9/16 inch, The #12 tube base size is 2 7/8 base inch, the #22 tube base size is 3 9/16 inch and the #32 tube base size is 3 15/16 inch

This will not attach to the mighty Bite 5lb stuffer. It will attach with an adapter to the Big Bite 10, 20 and 30 lb stuffers.

I have the dual grind # 8 LEM meat grinder - Can this patty maker be assembled to grind and stuff at the same time?  Or, do I have to grind first, remove the knife and replace the grind pates with the stuffer plate included and run the meat through once again?

If the meat is previously ground the stuffing plate can be used with the patty maker attachment. If the meat is not previously ground it would be a two step process: grinding the meat then removing the knife and plate and adding the stuffing plate to be used with the patty maker.
