Just select the fermentation time—6 to 12 days (144- 288 hours) depending on garlic type and size—and let the machine handle the rest. The power-off memory function ensures that if electricity is interrupted, the fermenter will automatically resume the process when power returns. An aluminum removable inner pot maintains even temperature and is easy to clean, while the secure door buckle locks in heat and humidity. The stainless steel cage-style rack promotes air circulation, holds up to 3 pounds of garlic, and adjusts to fit multiple layers or larger cloves. Beyond black garlic, this versatile fermenter can also be used to make yogurt, kimchi, fruit wine, natto, and vinegar, and even to disinfect non-plastic household items.
