Description

Black garlic can be found on menus everywhere, but this unique ingredient isn't anything new. It has been used for flavor and medicinal purposes and in a variety of Asian cuisines for centuries. Black garlic is, simply put, the product of aging regular garlic bulbs over the course of weeks or months. It requires strictly regulated temperature and humidity to achieve its sticky consistency.

Fully Automatic Intelligent Fermenter: Fully automatic operation and easy to set up. Simply select fermentation time: 6-12 days (144- 288 hours) according to garlic type and size.

Power-Off Memory Function: If the power is suddenly cut off during the fermentation, it will automatically enter the fermentation process again as long as electricity is restored.

Aluminum Removeable Inner Pot: The inner pot liner helps to keep the temperature uniform and is easy to use and remove for cleaning. Door buckle ensures secure closure.

Stainless Steel Cage-Like Rack: The rack allows for good air circulation and uniform temperature and is easy to use. The racks can hold and ferment approximately 3 lbs. of garlic at a time. You can adjust the appropriate number of layers according to the height of multiple garlic cloves or single garlic.

Many Other Uses: Our fermenter can also be used to make yogurt, kimchi, fruit wine, natto, and vinegar. Also, can be used to disinfect non plastic household items.

Super Food Maker
Black garlic is an amazing food. The fermenter is a fast and clean way to make it. I will try doing other things with it in the future. It is a 5 star for sure.

Excellent product
Great little appliance. I am on my second round of black garlic.This fermenter is so easy to operate and can handle 4 pounds of garlic at a time.The garlic comes out perfect. I am not certain yet if I will use the fermenter for other purposes. I purchased it mainly for garlic and I am so pleased I did. I highly recommend this product.

Delicious and nutritious!!

Love my black garlic!
I love this new gizmo! I just finished my 2nd batch and I love how it turns out! The garlic is very strong and my fermenter hangs out on the front porch. I dont mind the smell at all. So far no neighbors have complained lol

Is the inner pot liner made with PTFE'S. No stick?

How do you make sauerkraut in this? What is the process?

This has not been used to make sauerkraut. Along with garlic it can also be used to make yogurt, kimchi, fruit wine, natto, and vinegar.

Can I use this to make black lemon?

Along with black garlic the fermenter can also be used to make yogurt, kimchi, fruit wine, natto, and vinegar. We have not tried it for black lemon.

Can you ferment peppers in this?

This has not been used to ferment peppers. Along with garlic it can also be used to make yogurt, kimchi, fruit wine, natto, and vinegar.

How do you make tempeh in this? And also how do you make yoghurt?

We have not made tempeh in this. Below are instructions for yogurt .
Yogurt making:
1.Sterilization of the inner tank, yogurt cup, etc.
2.Put fresh milk in the inner tank or cup and add 10-12% white sugar.
3.Sterilize the milk, the small amount immediate drinking or unconditional can reduce this step.
4.Inoculation: Add yoghurt bacteria to sterilized milk at a temperature lower than 43 °C, and mix well. Put it into the fermenter and cover it. Power on and set the yogurt function. The default is 4 hours. The fermentation time and temperature can be adjusted according to personal preference. Generally, it can be set up for 4-6 hours. The default temperature is 39 degrees. The temperature can be adjusted between 37-42 ℃. If the fermentation yogurt amount is large, the time needs to be extended, the temperature also needs to be higher; (The milk and milk cup can be put into the inner tank for fermentation for small amount. If the amount is large, the milk can be directly poured into the inner tank to ferment).

What is the lowest temperature you can choose on this machine? I am wondering if I can use it to cure vanilla beans.
