It has all you need to start but the only thing I would suggest is to identify the different casings because us people just starting need help where you use the different casings. But everything I’ve bought from Lem has been top notch equipment.

What size casing do you recommend for Italian sausage or brats?

We would recommend either Natural Hog Casings or 32mm Edible Collagen Casings for Italian Sausage and Brats.
