Upgrade your food processing routine with our Clear Smoked Collagen Casings. Engineered for ease of use, these casings eliminate the need for preparation, allowing you to create perfect sausages effortlessly. Crafted from beef protein, smoked collagen casings are a bit thicker and stronger than fresh collagen. They are durable, hold up well when hung in a smokehouse, offer a consistent color and texture, and provide a satisfying snap when cooked. With no soaking required, these casings are ready to use as soon as you are. Can be used for fresh, cured, or smoked sausages. Come rolled in strands; each is approximately 50' long. Edible. Note: smoked casings do not have any smoke flavorings.
 
Choosing the Right Size Casing:
The 19mm casings are ideal for snack sticks; 21mm are great for breakfast sausage links, 24mm for hot dogs, and 32mm casings are ideal for Brats or Italian sausage.
 
All Casings are non-returnable.
