Description
This is the Transformer that powers the heating element for our MaxVac 1000 series sealers. If your unit is not sealing on manual seal AND the Vac/Seal cycle this may be what is causing it. You should change the heating element (along with the tapes over AND UNDER the element) and then test the micro switch buttons before considering this item. If you have a MaxVac 1000 series that is not sealing on either cycle AND your manual vacuum button is not functioning then you likely need Part# 10015003.

I have the transformer on have in case I ever need it.
I have an older MAXVAC 1000 1088A that I have had for several years and use it very often. Last couple of times I used it I had a couple minor problems but was able to complete the task at hand. I went to the LEM sight for troubleshooting and one mentioned was the transformer. I found the transformer on sale and it was the last one in stock so I purchased it. I have done some more checking and I think I have found the problem and it is not the transformer but I have it on hand just in case it turns out I need it.
