Our Jerky Cannon® is a dream come true for all jerky lovers. This versatile jerky maker is capable of producing jerky and meat snack sticks out of ground meat. It holds a generous 1-1/2 lbs of meat or game. Two different stainless-steel nozzles are included: a 1-11/32" by 3/16" flat nozzle for flat jerky and a 1/2" interior diameter round snack stick nozzle. Creating your jerky or snack meat is as easy and fun as filling up the barrel and squeezing the trigger. Built to last, this Jerky Cannon is made with an anodized aluminum barrel that is flared at both ends to make loading meat and inserting the piston easy. The piston is made of heavy-duty plastic with a stainless-steel rod and a plastic-coated steel handle for increased reliability. Our Jerky Cannon comes with a nylon brush for cleaning and two packs of Backwoods® Jerky and Snack Stick Seasoning, enough to make five pounds of jerky and snack sticks.
