The MaxVac® 500 Vacuum Sealer is perfect for hunters, food processors, chefs, and culinary enthusiasts who want to make preserved foods. Incredibly simple to use, our vacuum sealer's intuitive controls remove air and seal with the one-hand locking lid for an amazing storage solution. A continuous run fan and a powerful 21Hg (462w) vacuum pump create an effective and consistent seal, preserving the freshness and flavor of your meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, and more. A convenient, removable roll storage and cutter make it easy to create custom-sized bags for any food item, while the aluminum construction ensures durability and longevity. This versatile sealer can reduce marinating time or keep valuables secure and dry. The uses are endless. The MaxVac 500 can also be used to vacuum seal canisters with the external vacuum hose port located under the lid (hose attachment not included).

Great sealer
I have use many other sealers but in true fashion LEM has made a great sealer. It's much fast sealing process than other sealers and you don't have to let it cool down in between sealings, the ability to continually seal with out stopping for hours is great. But if you are vacuum sealing really moist food I would buy the chamber vacuum sealer by LEM.

A real time saver.
This vacuum sealer really speeds up my wild game packaging. I’ve used Food Saver & Nesco for years and the time I save with the LEM 500 is great. I expect it will last more than the 2 years I got from each of the other brands. The LEM bags are much better too.

So Far So Good
So far so good. Haven’t sealed any real quantity which is where I will expect it to perform. Good results from the few small batches I have done.

Great vacuum sealer
So far a great vacuum sealer. I vacuum packed a deer with it so far and worked flawlessly. Very happy with it!
