Chris Stafford was born and raised in Larkspur, California, and developed a deep love of barbecue in his early 20s after spending a few years living in Arkansas. After returning to California to finish up school and pursue a career in Technology, he began selling Central Texas inspired barbecue on a platform called Shef, before ultimately forming Lone Mountain Barbecue in Marin County, California.

Best quality and perfect size.
I was disappointed when I first bought these. They weren't exactly what I thought I was getting.
Then I had some bone broth that was too small of a batch to bother canning, so I pulled out these bags and they were PERFECT. They are perfect size freezing juice too. I wish I would have had these when I made Pepperoni and Kielbasa.
Also- the quality of these bags...........they are noticeably thicker.

Great product and customer service
Great way to freeze the same meat or chicken to keep it in one spot in the freezer. I bought a 50 count of sausage and did it all in the portion bags.

Excellent High Quality Product
All products I have purchased from LEM are of high quality. I ordered the portion vacuum bag rolls for smaller items. It saves time to have several different sizes on hand, rather than manually cutting to size and sealing. I highly recommend LEM products.
