Turn your MightyBite® 5 lb. Sausage Stuffer (models 1606 & 1606SS) into a cheese press with this easy-to-use adapter. Simply slide the stainless steel cylinder and base into the stuffer frame, and you’re ready to start making homemade cheese. Designed to hold 1–2 gallons of milk, this adapter produces a perfectly formed 1 lb. wheel of cheese. Cleanup is quick and simple. Just remove the cylinder like you would when making sausage and wash—it's even dishwasher safe. Easy to use and built for durability, this adapter makes it simple to craft your own artisan cheeses right at home.
