It is designed to simplify the process of meat mixing for food enthusiasts, home cooks, and professional chefs who prefer to make their own foods. The easy-to-use manual crank operates the mixer’s stainless steel paddles and axle, which work to thoroughly mix small or large batches of ground meat and seasonings. The stainless steel construction ensures resistance against rust and easy cleaning.

Note: this mixer is manual only and cannot be attached to any LEM Grinder.

It did a great job of mixing beef fat in my venison, made the job so easy but we only mixed about 10lb at a time but well worth the money.

Good Product
Bought this to mix venison and pork to make sausage for breakfast, bratwurst, summer sausage, and snack sticks. Seems to work very well. Smooth operation. Valuable asset to go with my grinder and stuffer.
