Description
Not only is it important to use quality paper to wrap your cut, trimmed, and ground meat, but you can use our Freezer Paper Cutter to cut it properly to prevent waste and to help make your process more seamless. The double-edge spring loaded blade can cut on either edge, keeping you cutting paper and wrapping meat without slowing down processing time. Cutters can be used on a countertop, under your counter, or on a wall (mounting hardware not included), so that you can put it where you need it. Our cutters hold up to an 11.5" diameter roll of paper, in 450 or 1100-foot lengths. Both cutters come with a 3/4" wooden dowel rod to hold paper rolls in place. The spring cutting bar will lock in the open position for easy paper loading. Solid steel construction with rubber feet to keep cutter steady and protect working surfaces. Freezer paper sold separately.
