Transform your jerky making experience with our innovative 2-In-1 Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer. This essential tool has two separate functions that can solve several needs. Use the slicer roller to get 12 perfectly sliced 3/8" thick strips of meat ready for the oven or dehydrator in seconds. If you're looking to tenderize even the toughest cuts of meat up to 1-1/4" thick and 4 3/4" wide, remove the cover and replace the slicer roller with the tenderizer roller. Our tenderizer's chute dimensions are 5 1/4" x 1 1/4". Comes mounted to a sanitary polypropylene board and 2 clamps are included to ensure stability when cranking.

How hard is it to crank with meat in it ?

It will slice and tenderize meat up to 1 1/4" thick by 4 3/4" wide. It will tenderize the tough cuts or slice 12 strips of jerky in one pass. It Comes mounted to a sanitary polypropylene board and 2 clamps are included to ensure stability when cranking.
