The speed control knob lets you dial in the piston’s lowering speed for precise flow into casings, especially when stuffing snack sticks and small sausages. The foot switch frees up your hands, while auto-up and flow-stop functions make stuffing even easier. An air release valve ensures smooth, even fills with fewer air pockets. The removable stainless steel cylinder holds 20 lbs. and cleans up fast. Includes four stuffing tubes—1/2", 5/8", 1", and 1-1/4" OD—and a crank handle for manual use.
