The BigBite® 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer is built for serious processors who want full control from start to finish. Slice 14 uniform ¼" thick strips of meat in seconds, or swap rollers to tenderize cuts up to 1¼" thick. Powered by a rugged 0.5 HP LEM motor and built with a stainless steel housing, this machine is made to last. Includes one slicer roller, two tenderizer rollers, and a chute sized for real cuts—not scraps. Whether you're making jerky, cheesesteaks, or fajitas, this tool delivers consistent results every time.
