Description

Use in your dehydrator to make fruit leather and rolls, or for any small food, such as herbs or berries - or for cookie making and baking. The reusable and reversible baking sheet can be cut to size, is non-stick and easy to clean. Place in the bottom of your dehydrator for easy clean up. Recommended max temp is 500° F. After use, wipe clean with a damp cloth or wash in warm soapy water. PTFE non-stick baking sheets are made from FDA-approved Teflon material and are food safe. Ideal for use on baking sheets and pans and in the dehydrator to make fruit rolls. alternative to aluminum foil, parchment and wax paper.

How many sheets can I make with this roll to fit in a Mighty Bite 10-tray?

These baking sheets are 15.75" x 26" and our Mighty Bite Trays are 15" x 15". One sheet will cover one tray after it's been cut to size.

Is this baking sheet similar to the ones that can be used on BBQ grills?

This CANNOT be used on BBQ grills. Ideal for use on baking sheets and pans and in the dehydrator to make fruit rolls. It's an alternative to aluminum foil, parchment and wax paper. Ideal for cookies, biscuits, pies, cakes, breads, baked goods, pizza, nachos, fish, chicken, roasts, casseroles, and even eggs in a pan.

I am looking at the re usable baking sheet to make fruit leather/roll ups. Do these sheets have any type of lip/edge on them to keep the liquid from running off ? If I cut this sheet to make it fit a rack, how big is the other piece left over ? Are these sheets bpa free? Is the plastic used in all parts of this dehydrator bpa free? Thx

The sheets don't have an lip or an edge. Each sheet is approximately 15.75 x 23.5. The size of the piece left over will depend on the tray you are covering.
