Create perfect hamburger patties with our Spring-Loaded Adjustable Burger Press. Our heavy-duty burger press is 4-5/8" in diameter and can be adjusted to produce any thickness from 1/4" to 1". With the help of this burger press, you can make perfect, uniform burgers every time, so you don't undercook patties that are too large or overcook patties that are too small. With the press' non-stick surface, there's no tearing, no sticking, no mess! Adjust the thickness of your hamburger patties by loosening the locking wing nut, turning the adjustment screw in or out until your desired thickness is reached, and tightening the locking wing nut. Once you've settled on a thickness, just push the top button down and you've got a perfectly formed burger patty. The non-skid rubberized bottom helps keep the press in place when in pressing meat and lifting the lid. We recommend using the press with our Freezer Sheets (sold separately) to prevent your fresh patties from sticking together when stacking during prep or if you're freezing them.
