After returning to California to finish up school and pursue a career in Technology, he began selling Central Texas inspired barbecue on a platform called Shef, before ultimately forming Lone Mountain Barbecue in Marin County, California.

I just purchased vacuum bags and vacuum bag roll dispenser and cutter; these bags are heavier than your local supply. Slicer for kitchen is all stainless steel with very sharp blades. They have a great selection that can accommodate the skills of the beginner and go all the way up to a skilled hunter, butcher and cook. There may be other brands out there that are cheaper and get the job done, but they won’t last as long, and you will not enjoy using them as much! I personally cannot comment on this quality of this product because it was a wedding present that was specifically requested by the bride and groom. They wanted this particular model from this particular company. When I asked them why this company (because it happened to be in the same city I live) they said they had a great reputation. I ordered it online and the product shipped within three days and they had it within a week! They have used it several times and they’re VERY pleased!
