Description
Upgrade your food processing routine with a belt-driven slicer that lets you easily slice boneless meats, cheeses, and breads into perfect deli cuts. The 7 ½" Meat Slicer is perfect for hunters, food processors, chefs, and culinary enthusiasts who desire to make their own foods. Incredibly simple to use, our slicer’s intuitive controls allow you to adjust the thickness of your slices easily. It comes with a serrated blade, allowing you to make precise cuts for any fibrous meats and cheeses. This slicer can slice as thin as 0” or as thick as 0.8” and any thickness in-between, making it perfect for ultra-thin slices or thicker cuts of beef, chicken breast, dried salami, jerky slices, or even cheese. The stainless steel blade turns at 90 RPM and the suggested run time is 5 minutes. And when it comes time to clean up, the slicer comes with a removable food tray, making it simple to wipe down and store away until your next use. A cut-resistant glove should be worn when removing, cleaning, or handling the slicer blade.

Chris Stafford was born and raised in Larkspur, California, and developed a deep love of barbecue in his early 20s after spending a few years living in Arkansas. After returning to California to finish up school and pursue a career in Technology, he began selling Central Texas inspired barbecue on a platform called Shef, before ultimately forming Lone Mountain Barbecue in Marin County, California.

It's a good slicer just don't get in a hurry let it do it's job,it you push it it will flex and you will get thinner cuts on one end and larger cuts on the other

Meat slicer
Very easy to use. Will work for me. This is not for every day use. but I hope to use it every month or two. we buy some meats in bulk, and vacuum seal in smaller portions. The suction cups on this are very nice. Hoping to get many years out of it. have only used it once so far so good..

What is measurement from edge of blade to handle, or length of cut? e.g., how wide can bacon slab be?

The large food tray is able to accommodate larger pieces of meat, the tray measures 7.25" x 6.25".

I just received my unit yesterday and decided to read and clean the unit. In the instruction manual, it talks about removing screws on the end to remove the sliding bar to take off the food support (#3 on page 6). On page 3 is a diagram. But the version I was sent, one screw cannot be turned and the other turns and hangs loose. I kept looking at the undercarriage and noticed that this now slides on/off. Is this manual out of date with unit?

I bought this slicer for my husband for Christmas, and within the first 5 minutes of use the belt broke. Upon looking inside, a bracket inside was crooked which cause the belt to break. How do I get a replacement belt?

Can you adjust the blade for different thickness?

The thickness can be adjusted by turning thickness adjustment knob. The range of thickness adjusting is 0-20mm.

No, the meat can be firmed up but never semi or fully frozen.
