Uniquely blended for those who enjoy creating their own culinary delights, our Backwoods® Fresh Sausage Seasonings are just what you need to transform your favorite meats into flavorful masterpieces. Crafted with a tantalizing blend of top-grade spices, our versatile seasonings are perfect for enhancing the flavor of fresh sausage links or patties. From wild game to domestic meats, our unique blends add that extra savory touch to any sausage dish. This variety pack includes four of our most popular fresh sausage flavors: Breakfast, Hot Breakfast, Sweet Italian, and Hot Italian.
 
To prepare, simply grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water, and mix thoroughly with meat until tacky. You can then stuff the mixture into casings or leave it in bulk to make patties. Grill, fry, or boil to your liking, and then refrigerate your finished product. Each packet in the kit seasons up to five pounds of sausage, for a total of 20 pounds. Add our Fresh Sausage Seasonings to your pantry today and take your sausage game to the next level.

Chris Stafford was born and raised in Larkspur, California, and developed a deep love of barbecue in his early 20s after spending a few years living in Arkansas. After returning to California to finish up school and pursue a career in Technology, he began selling Central Texas inspired barbecue on a platform called Shef, before ultimately forming Lone Mountain Barbecue in Marin County, California.

Verity pack.
This is great for a first time sausage maker. It will give the choice to try the different types of favorers so you see which one you like best.

Great flavor with chicken
I developed a pork allergy, so use the Lem flavorings to make chicken sausage. I cannot tell the difference. It's great.

Excellent Seasoning
The Backwoods Seasonings were right on . Tasted great.

The blend of seasonings were delicious when I used them with heritage ground pork to make pork sausages.

I will buy them again and I recommend Backwoods Seasoning to all.
