Fresh Sausage Seasonings (each seasons 5 pounds of meat):
  • Bratwurst: mild savory flavor with a hint of spice; substitute beer for water to make beer Brats
  • Sweet Italian: just the right portions of peppers, fennel and sugar to produce a sweet Italian sausage
  • Jalapeno Popper: the flavors of jalapeno poppers with just the right kick of spicy heat
