Made of heavy-duty cast iron with two cast iron rollers full of tenderizing points that make tender cuts of the toughest meat. The clamp-on style attaches to a table or countertop, up to 1-1/2" thick. Easy hand-crank operation. Our tenderizer has a removable orange plastic top cover to protect users from moving parts. The opening measures 4" x 1/2" and accepts up to a 1/2" thick piece of meat. Disassembles for easy cleanup, hand wash only.
