Description

Transform your meat preparation process with our Clamp-On Tenderizer. The 2-in-1 functionality tenderizes and cubes meat in one easy step. Made of heavy-duty cast iron with two cast iron rollers full of tenderizing points that make tender cuts of the toughest meat. The clamp-on style attaches to a table or countertop, up to 1-1/2" thick. Easy hand-crank operation. Our tenderizer has a removable orange plastic top cover to protect users from moving parts. The opening measures 4" x 1/2" and accepts up to a 1/2" thick piece of meat. Disassembles for easy cleanup, hand wash only.

LEM Tenderizer worth the money
I bought as a Christmas gift for my husband. He used it last week to process a 6 point buck he bagged. He gave this LEM tenderizer a thumbs up. He did both tenderloin and ham and when cooked you cut with a fork.

Meat tenderizer
It is pretty easy to use just wish it has a bigger opening for the meat but works for small cuts like a breakfast steak.

are the gears on this tenderizer plastic or metal ? I know the rollers are cast. have seen what looked like this tenderizer cheeper in cost but they had plastic gears, hopeing yours are metal Thanks

mine broke need to know if they have replacement gears

Anyone ever have trouble when you put meat through, the gears separate and wont grab to turn the rollers? I have had this trouble every time I use this tenderizer. I hate to throw it out but it is useless as is.

How is the clean-up on this item - do the rollers come apart for easy cleaning?

You'll wash with hot soapy water, then rinse and dry parts thoroughly. The entire until can be taken apart with a phillips screwdriver.

Are gears metal or plastic. I've used both where metal work good; plastic tend to slip and strip. So before I purchase a new one need to know.
