Description
Eliminate unpleasant odors from your Stainless Steel Compost Keeper with this charcoal filter designed to absorb and neutralize smells naturally. To maximize filter life, allow food to cool before adding it to your composter, as moisture from warm scraps can reduce effectiveness. The filter is designed for single use and should not be washed or reused. When the filter has fully absorbed odors, simply remove and discard it. Replace approximately every six months to keep your compost pail fresh and odor-free.
Easily replace your compost filters in two steps. Each replacement packet includes one square filter and one round filter. To install, insert the square filter first, gently pressing it into the designated section of the lid near the ventilation holes. Next, insert the round filter into the remaining section of the lid, making sure it does not touch the square filter.
