Big fun nozzle
Great product to use with my jerky canon. Makes large meat sticks over the smaller size that comes with the LEM jerky canon.

The BEST jerky gun
Great build quality, easy to change attachments and clean.

Overall an excellent purchase. Clean it well before first use, as there was a good amount of metal residue that we removed from it right out of the box. Thanks LEM!

Can I make skinless brats with this?

Yes, as long as you use a binder when grinding the meat/seasoning you should be able to achieve a skinless brat. I would recommend the soy protein concentrate (SKU# 9484) or FREEbind (SKU # 1208), this option is gluten and soy free.

Can gun be used for stiff kransekake dough to fill rings?

We have not used this for kransekake dough. But if the dough is too thick it may not pass through the nozzle.

Received the jerky cannon for christmas. What do I need to make snack sticks with the attachment that was included? Casing size??? Thanks!

You will need edible casings to make snack sticks. The size can be from 17 to 21 millimeter.

Will this sausage nozzle work with 31mm cellulose casing for skinless hot dogs?  (with binder of course)

This tube has an approximate size of 22.2 mm. It should work just fine with the 31 mm casings in question.

The largest tube that comes with your stuffer or grinder, just slide it over the tube and hold firmly while stuffing.

Just wondering what size casing I would need for this to make sausage links?

To make sausage links with the 468B Nozzle, you would want to use 32mm Collagen Edible Casings or Hog Casings. Now, for even smaller links or snack sticks, you would want to use the 468N Nozzle.
