With no soaking required, these casings are ready to use as soon as you are. Can be used for fresh, cured, or smoked sausages. Come rolled in strands; each is approximately 50' long. Edible. Note: smoked casings do not have any smoke flavorings.
Choosing the Right Size Casing:
The 17 and 19mm casings are ideal for snack sticks; 21mm are great for breakfast sausage links.
