Nothing better then fresh BUTTER.
Please follow the instructions, it is important. Letting the cream sit at room temperature for 2 hours will keep you from being disappointed in how long it takes to churn cream into butter. Happy hot buttered biskets.

Great How to book
I have wanted to make butter since my store ran out some time ago. This lets me make butter when I need. A good buy!!!

The book is about CHEESE and nothing else.
To say this book is about making cheese, butter & yogurt is misleading. Yes, it is about making cheese. Yes, it gives detailed information about the process, tools you will need and a variety of recipes for different types of cheeses. The very last page has one recipe for sour cream, one recipe for butter and one recipe for yogurt. I purchased the butter paddles and was hoping for more information about butter, using the paddles. More information about yogurt would have also been appreciated. Only buy this if you are interested in making cheese. If you want information about yogurt or butter, look elsewhere.
