Butter Keeper is a Crock that's not a crock

Please read the instructions. Negative reviews on this butter keeper crock baffle me. We are recent first time butter churner people and successfully completed the chor and are using the butter crock. That aside. The crock is a perfect size to store the amount of butter we made in the butter churner that we also bought on LEM. I like the neutral color scheme of the crock as we leave it out on the kitchen counter at all times. We live in an area where it can go from 40F to` 100F and the butter is just fine, sitting away on the counter. The crock feels like a solid ceramic and sits well, it's not like a flimsy item which can be knocked about. So what if it has to be hand washed, so does my double insulated tumbler and chopsticks. It's all good.

Looks exactly like expected.

This butter keeper crock looks exactly what I expected. It works great under 78 degrees Fahrenheit and we’re enjoying soft, spreadable butter at any time. We have set our AC to 79 degrees and when we reached that the butter was unfortunately so soft that it fell into the water. I know it has nothing to do with the make of the butter crock. I have to figure out if I have to put it in the fridge at that temperature or go lower with the AC setting. But I still love that little crock.
