In compliance with NSF H3 standards. Apply a thin coating on all of your metal equipment parts before using your machinery, but also as needed. After you clean your equipment, you can apply this lubricant to protect the equipment parts during storage. If you have a stuffer, apply spray on the cylinder, o-ring, and gasket before stuffing for easier cranking. For your grinders, apply spray on the grinder bushing, plates, and knives to eliminate "dry starts" and reduce wear.
