This earlier model makes sausage stuffing a one-person job with a speed control knob that lets you dial in the piston’s lowering speed for clean, consistent flow—especially when stuffing snack sticks and small sausages. The foot switch frees up your hands, and the air release valve keeps casings tight and smooth with fewer air pockets. The 20 lb. removable stainless steel cylinder makes refilling and cleanup fast. Includes four stuffing tubes—1/2", 5/8", 1", and 1-1/4" OD—and a crank handle for manual use. Note: This version does not include the auto-up feature found on Model 1219.
