I just purchased vacuum bags and vacuum bag roll dispenser and cutter; these bags are heavier than your local supply. Slicer for kitchen is all stainless steel with very sharp blades. LEM has been my go-to for almost 20 years. They have always had the best quality equipment for meat processing, canning and preserving cooking and seasoning. They have a great selection that can accommodate the skills of the beginner and go all the way up to a skilled hunter, butcher and cook. There may be other brands out there that are cheaper and get the job done, but they won’t last as long, and you will not enjoy using them as much! I personally cannot comment on this quality of this product because it was a wedding present that was specifically requested by the bride and groom.
