Our Reduced Sodium Breakfast Sausage Seasoning is a good all-around blend that's great for breakfast or anytime! Contains 25% less sodium than our regular breakfast sausage seasoning; sodium content has been lowered from 450mg to 290mg per serving.
To prepare, simply grind a mixture containing at least 20% pork or pork fat, dissolve seasoning in water, and mix thoroughly with meat until tacky. You can then stuff the mixture into casings or leave it in bulk to make patties. Grill, fry, or boil to your liking, and then refrigerate your finished product.
