A good buy!
This book is great for beginners like me! It shares several drying techniques and how to prepare the foods for dehydrating. It explains how to check if the drying process is done, what the yield is from fresh to dry and then with rehydrating. It also gives ideas on how to use your rehydrated foods. This was definitely a good buy!

Good dehydrating book.
This is an excellent book on how to properly dehydrate food. I had another book but kept having to call a friend to get more details from this book, so I bought it. Definitely recommend this one as the book to go to.

Love it
I love the book I purchased 1 of LEM’s dehydrator and along with the book have been busy using both making fresh fruit leather and dried fresh fruit
