Just what I was wanting
Quick, clean, and gets the job done in a hurry. It’s manual so you need to push the cabbage through. But it’s way better than trying to knife it. And consistency in width is great.

So easy. 3 heads of cabbage shredded for Sauerkraut in a couple of minutes. Took longer to cut and core the cabbage than shredding for Kraut,

Fast, sharp and a bit awkward to hold
Makes quick work of pounds of cabbage. I have not yet found the best way to hold/secure it while slicing over the catch tube.

Good over all.
I used it 2 times now and it works good. My only complaint is disasembly to clean and 2 screws that hold the blades were stripped.No problem I can fix this with a tooth pic and some wood glue. But having to take it apart is the main complaint. Overall I would buy it again and reccomend to people.

Poorly manufactured. Dangerous.
It adds slices of wood to my Kraut. It was poorly manufactured. I told lem and yet they still sell it!

It slices 1/8" thick and can slice a whole head of cabbage in just minutes.

Is the wood finished or is it raw wood in need of finishing?

The material is bamboo. Mineral oil or other food grade oil should be used to keep the bamboo in good condition.
